Cliff Notes

We require the person booking to be at least 18 years old with a valid credit or debit card in their name.

Our standard picnic experience is two hours. If you would like a little more time to linger, additional time can be added as an upgrade.

Each picnic is thoughtfully styled from the ground up with our low picnic table, rugs, pillows, linens, napkins, flatware, glassware, fine china, crystal, themed décor, centerpieces, and all the tiny details that make the setting feel special. We take care of the setup before you arrive and the cleanup after your story ends.

Most of our current themes are designed for up to six guests. Each theme page will list the maximum number of guests that particular setting can accommodate.

Our main picnic locations are Gee Creek, Red Clay and Fletcher Park, but we are happy to discuss other locations. If you already have the perfect spot in mind, send it our way and we can see if it works for your setting.

We do not provide food or drinks, but you are welcome to bring your own. We are also happy to suggest local caterers and, for select restaurants or locations, food pickup may be available as an add-on.

Yes. Most of our themes have customizable details, such as tablecloth choices, colors, or other styling options. Available choices will be listed on each theme page so you can add your own chapter to the setting.

We do. We offer a special proposal setting, and any of our themes can be made even more personal with upgrades such as signage, romantic details, or other special touches for your occasion.

Yes. You can add a fresh bouquet from Perry’s Petals to your picnic and take it home afterward. Pricing will vary based on flower selection, season, and current availability.

A little rain does not automatically close the book. We offer rain protection and will continue with picnics when conditions are reasonable. If we determine that the weather is unsafe or the location is unusable, we will reschedule your picnic at no additional charge.

We require at least 72 hours’ notice, but the earlier you book, the better. Extra time gives us more room for special requests, custom details, and your preferred date and theme.

A deposit is required at booking to reserve your date. Once we’ve discussed and finalized the details of your setting, the remaining balance is due within 48 hours.

Payments are nonrefundable. We do, however, offer one complimentary reschedule for emergencies or when we determine that weather conditions are unsafe or the location is unusable.
